Delivery

For orders placed before midday Monday to Friday, we will endeavour to despatch for next day delivery.

Delivery charge – £5.50 on all UK orders, free delivery on UK orders over £100.

We only offer tracked delivery, courier is chosen dependent on order weight.

In the event that an item is out of stock, we will contact you to discuss a suitable alternative.

Worldwide Delivery

We are only offering UK delivery at this stage. We will be adding other countries/regions in due course. In the meantime, if you require an overseas fulfilment, please contact us direct.

Returns & Refunds

If you are unhappy with the product you have received, please contact us to discuss. If you have received an incorrect item, we will replace it at our cost. If the item has been ordered in error, you will be asked to cover the postage costs of returning the item.

You have up to 14 days from the shipment of the order to process a cancellation and refund.

If an item has been specifically manufactured, we reserve the right to refuse to cancel and refund the order.
