Delivery

For orders placed before midday Monday to Friday, we will endeavour to despatch for next day delivery. Delivery charge – £6.50 on all UK orders, free delivery on UK orders over £100.  We only offer tracked delivery and the courier is chosen dependent on order weight.

Returns & Refunds

If you are unhappy with the product you have received, please contact us to discuss. If you have received an incorrect item, we will replace it at our cost. If the item has been ordered in error, you will need to absorb the original carriage cost and we ask you to cover the postage costs of returning the item. You have up to 14 days from the shipment of the order to process a cancellation and refund. If an item has been specifically manufactured, we reserve the right to refuse to cancel and refund the order.

Collection

We offer ‘click and collect’ for local customers from our Warehouse in Ford, West Sussex. Simply choose that option at check out. We will email you when the order is ready to collect, this will be from our on site collection area.  Click & Collect orders are usually picked within 4 hours of placing the order, but this could be delayed if we are very busy.In the event that an item is out of stock, we will contact you to discuss a suitable alternative.

Worldwide Delivery

Worldwide delivery is available on orders over £25. Please contact us direct with your order requirements and shipping address, we will then send a quote for carriage.
