Returns & Refunds
If you are unhappy with the product you have received, please contact us to discuss. If you have received an incorrect item, we will replace it at our cost. If the item has been ordered in error, you will need to absorb the original carriage cost and we ask you to cover the postage costs of returning the item. You have up to 14 days from the shipment of the order to process a cancellation and refund. If an item has been specifically manufactured, we reserve the right to refuse to cancel and refund the order.
